    Introduction: kababwala is one of the famous traditional Bengali restaurant which is

    based on Dhaka. This restaurant is owned by 2 friends Md. Imran Hossain and . It has currently
    2 branches. They started their journey with their first branch which is located in Basabo in
    April,2017 after that they never looked back. Then they opened another branch in Rampura in
    January, 2019 and this branch is the most popular one among 2 branches. They are famous for
    their spicy chicken and beef items. Recently they added kacchi biryani in their food item. What
    makes them different from other traditional Bengali restaurants is their main focus on spices
    and how they make these spices work to make traditional Bengali food. They are quite popular
    among students since their food prices are reasonable and their target market is university
    going students.
