Panels with scale 8x4 sheet for size comparison, two clean diamond panels can be cut from each sheet and one 
base panel or door panel. Each dome requires 30 8x4 sheets of plywood.

The dome has 55 beveled fillets of about 1100mm long , assuming two fillets cut from a 3x2, 66m of 3x2 stud is 
required per dome. 
 
 

 
 
Fillet width is stud plus cover material thickness, frames are glued and screwed or bolted together. 
All fillets are 1059mm long same as triangle edge lengths. 
Weather sealing is done after construction onsite with fiberglass roofing or other weather proofing system.
