Timeline
This essay will be about how I envision my journey from now to retirement.
Today, I am a grade 12 student and will be a college student next year. I envision
myself to finish senior high school with honors and graduate. I haven’t really thought
about which college I would go to but the course that I will take is accountancy. I plan
to study hard but not too hard in college. I envision myself to pass all exams and tasks
and graduate college. I also envision myself to work as a part-timer during breaks or
holidays to save up for future plans. After graduating, I envision myself to work as an
accountant for a company and start providing my own needs and at the same time giving
back to my parents. I also plan to invest money on buying houses. I plan to buy two
houses in the future. The one will be the one me and my future family will live in and
the other one will be for rent. The house I am living right now is also mine because I
have no siblings so I will also rent it. With having two houses to rent I will have a
passive income and generate money without doing anything. Once I accomplish that I
plan to retire early and since I have two houses being rented, I will still have a monthly
income. I also envision myself to still be working side hustles so that I can have multiple
sources of income to enjoy life with my friends and family. With those I can enjoy life
and not having to worry about waking up early to go to your job.
