Performance Task
POINT OF VIEW: PE TALKS
Interview at least two (2) athletes that you know. Ask the interviewee for information on the
following areas listed below. Write a narrative about the interview and report your findings.
Include areas you think the individual can work on and personal lessons learned from the
interview.
1. Strength and weaknesses in performing the game.
2. Barriers s/he experienced.
3. Details of his/her athletic program.

Narrative Report
According to both player that I interviewed they have different sports. The first one is Maru Flores
she is a volleyball player, from Alaminos Laguna. She is a varsity player. She is 20 years old studied
at LSPU-SPCC. Maru is player since Grade 5 when she is 11 years old. According to Maru she choose
volleyball because she find it exciting and I know I can be a great player in this sports. The next one
is Table tennis player. Her name is Lynette Marlieze Marasigan, from Lusacan Tiaong Quezon.
Studied at Dalubhasaang Lungsod ng San Pablo. Lynnette started becoming player when she is 11
years old. Lynette said i choose table tennis as my sports because it is relaxing and fun to play. All
athletes have a barriers and challenges to play their sports. They have nervous when start the
competition and the other is it can’t be easy to balance the study and their sports. But they have
time management to do same things at the same time. They have their own preparation or
warmups before they do their sports. Based or their statements they are stretching and some
footwork’s. some players they do 10 mins jog, stretching of arms, legs, and digging. All players have
strengths. According to the player that I interviewed the strength that they have is positive
thinking.
