1. Reference of Spot Report in Frustrated Homicide incident dated
November 29, 2021
2. This is pertains to Frustrated Homicide incident that transpired
In Lanton Apopong General Santos City, at around 9:30 in the evening
Of November 29, 2021. Be informed that the victim PO1 Karl S. Garcia,
Assigned at Police Station 1, General Santos City and the Logistics
Support Service (LSS) was previous assignment. Said victim is now
Confined or under medication at R.O Diagan Cooperative Hospital at
General Santos City.
3. The victim Jose Manalo Y Suarez is under medication ,Base of the Doctor
The victim was having a wounds of his Legs/Right Arm.
 4. Interview conducted on one of neighbor of PO1 Karl identified as Mike Asnayab
Revealed that there where 1 knife of (Cleaver) recovered to the road which were Picked-
up by bystanders after the incident. According to him.
