In addition, it is an essential mechanism for the School/Supervisor to evaluate and assess a student's attitude and ability and monitor the status of the student's project throughout the semester. Students must write or record all activities performed and then summarize their work every week. These records include: a) Title, objectives, scope, and work plan. b) Important dates were pertaining to the implementation and evaluation of the project. ©) Dates of meetings with the Supervisor (SV) and outcomes of the meetings such as discussions, advice, and instructions. 4) Preparations, problems that have arisen, proposed solutions and equipment that is needed. ¢) Raw data and/or results achieved to date. £) Sketching of all relevant diagrams. 2) Allrelated evidence that can record in the logbook (refer to Appendix). REMINDER TO STUDENTS a) This logbook must be presented to your SV to be evaluated and graded EVERY WEEK. b) All activities conducted must be recorded in the activities section in the logbook.
