My client is signing up to work with me because he wants to build more muscle
My client’s goals:
My client wants to gain 10 lbs in the next 4 months in order to be in a better spot
physically, cosmetically, and metabolically to start his cut
My client wants to be able to perform 20 reps with 6 plates on hack squats by
New Years in order to ensure his quads are growing
My client will push his calories up to 5000 per day while putting on the least
amount of body fat within the next 3 months
My client will continue to eat 6-7 meals per day for the next 15 years in order to
be the best bodybuilder he can be
Current eating habits
For protein, my client consumes chicken breast, ground beef, salmon, tilapia, top sirloin,
whey isolate, and whole eggs. For carbs, he eats oats, jasmine rice, cluster dextrin, and
blueberries. For fats he consumes olive oil, peanut butter, and fats from egg yolks, red
meat, and salmon. This does not include his weekly sushi meal. All of his food is cooked
and eaten at home except for sushi or any restaurant meals that he has once per week,
sometimes twice. He eats 6 meals per day of roughly 4500 calories. An average meal is
300g rice, 170g meat, 8g olive oil, 50g dark green vegetables.
