No matter what way we are using, we have to keep in mind the CRAAP test.
Currency: To find the origin of the photo we are looking at we have to finding the first post of this image.
(the first website, book, painting etc.) / date
Relevance: when looking for the origin of an image, we have to look at the relevance of the origin. Say
we are looking at a picture of a flower, and we find that the origin is a quote with a background of said
picture. This is not really relevant to what we are looking for and we must search better.
Authority: when we find the origin of the picture, we have to realize the authors and publishers of it. For
example, if it is a website, we can tell a lot from the URL. This leads us to our next point.

Who illustrated the image / are there any biases / credibility

Accuracy: from the URL we can tell how accurate and reliable the origin is. If the URL is .com we may not
consider this website as reliable. But if it is .org or .edu it may be more reliable.
Purpose: intentions of image any biases or hidden agendas? For example a cartoon from WW1 could be
biased towards a certain nation and involve propaganda leading to false spread of information.
SHOULD WE EXPLAIN THE POINT IN FINDING THE ORIGIN OF A PICTURE USING THE CRAAP TEST

YOURE NOT FINDING THE ORIGIN YOURE TESTING IT TO MAKE SURE ITS VALID AND ACCURATE
