Hello;

Please read the following instructions very carefully and also check the attached file,
which will guide you to email login, joining online classes, configure your NSU
email on your devices.

1. Make sure that you are login from the NSU email address.
2. Please clear the cache from the browser.
3. Log out from your NSU email, go to the browser settings, then go to the
advanced, then scroll down and select "reset and clean up."
4. Check with your internet connection.
5. Now open Google Chrome.
6. Press Ctrl+Shift+N from the keyboard.
7. The new window will open, known as the "New Incognito Window."
8. Then type google.com
9. Then sign in to your NSU Email.
10. Go to Classroom from the Google apps.
11. Join in your required class.
