For the next 2-3 weeks itis my recommendation that she refrain from any ballistic / uick lower body motions (sprinting, side lunging, air kicks, et.) to prevent exacerbation of her condition; being a “base” in Cheer is acceptable and she is cleared for that position. She will be cleared to return to normal activites effective 12/2/21 unless otherwise directed in writing.
