2. We are pleased to state that we act for CIMB Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) of 3rd Floor, No.
1, Jalan 51A/219, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan who have agreed to
grant the Purchaser(s)/Customer(s) a Banking Facility in the amount of RM93,688-00
only [Inclusive of Group Mortgage Term Assurance (GMTA) of RM3,688-00 only]
for the purpose of part financing the purchase of the Property above-captioned.

3. We have been informed that the Strata Title of the said property has been issued by the
relevant authority. Thereof, kindly let us have your written details for the confirmation of
the above property for our further action.
