1. What questions do leaders ask to promote innovation?

How can we make this one thing better? What can we do to help improve society

by creating and increasing a product's simplicity? How do you ensure that potential

new ideas aren't dismissed too quickly? What skills do your forerunners need in

order to be more innovative? What impact will new developments have on your

industry's value chain? These are some questions that come to mind while thinking

about how to stimulate innovation.

2. What is the role of leadership in innovation?

In order to foster innovation within their organizations, leadership plays a critical

role. It's a bottom-up approach that begins with the leader and progresses to the

entire team. Leaders also give motivation for the team to generate ideas and

concepts that contribute to the achievement of a certain objective.

3. How can you demonstrate innovative leadership?

For me, in terms of demonstrating innovative leadership. I believe I should first

define what innovation is, and then demonstrate the relevance of innovation in a

given society. I should also underline the importance of creativity and innovation in

people and project management.

4. How do you approach innovation?


When it comes to approaching innovation, there are a few things to keep in mind.

I start by identifying or seeing potential areas for innovation. Second, I place a high

value on possibilities for innovation. Last but not least, I work to increase support for

new ideas.
