Global Governance

Global governance brings together a wide range of institutions to coordinate

global collective action. Global governance, broadly defined, aims to deliver global

public goods including peace and security, dispute resolution and mediation

procedures, functional markets, and harmonized trade and industrial standards.

Active participation in global agricultural governance is one alternative. The

Philippines is mostly an agricultural country, and despite a plan to industrialize the

economy in 2000, the majority of people's lifestyles have stayed unaltered, particularly

in rural areas. Because the country is recognized for agricultural commodities like rice,

maize, and coconuts, we have the capacity to aid other countries in need.

In CONCLUSION, given our country's incapacity to dominate globally in both the

political and social spheres, we believe we have a competitive advantage in agriculture.

In addition, despite the country's political and economic difficulties, participation in

global governance is not limited.
