PRAYER

Wherefore,

In the light of the facts presented, arguments advanced, issues referred and authorities cited;

The counsel of behalf of the Petitioners humbly submits and prays that the Hon’ble Court

may be pleased to-

1. Declare the issuing and execution of GO 54 unlawful as fundamental right of freedom of

speech and expression under Article 19(1A) of the Constitution of Bharathana is violated
under this order issued.

2. Declare the GO 54 as invalid as the speech of the petitioner is not defamatory and proactive
and would not cause law and order problem.

3. Declare the government’s intention as malafide and declare the GO 54 invalid and full of
malice towards the petitioners.

4. Pass any order which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the lights of the facts and
circumstances in the case.
