I arn in receipt of your Letter under reference through mail on 01.10.2021
and I have also carefully gone through the contents thereof.
At tast after exactly after Three and half msnths from the date of receipt of
my Letters, Bills and Copies of the Orders etc. and also after several Letters,
reminders etc. sent to you, the Dy. Zonal Head of your Zonal Office has responded,
On careful perusal of your said letter, it is observed that though you have
mentioned in the Subject of the said Letter that you have issued the said letter
regarding Bill of 6 (Six) no of Consumer Court Cases relating to Talasangha Branch
but you have mentioned in the body of the said Letter that your Office has received
Bill amount for Rs.9990/- {Rupees Nine thousand Rone hundred ninety} only.
In this context, I would like to intimate you that I have sent 6(Six) numbers
of Bills to your Talasangha Branch as well as to you, the amount of which comes to
Rs.70,940/-(Rupees Seventy thousand nine hundred fo*y) only and not Rs.9990/-
(Rupees Nine thousand nine hundred ninety) only as mentioned by your Dy Zonal
Head in his above Letter.
For your better reference I am again sending the Copy of the said 6 (Six)
number of Bllls to you for your dolng the needful.The details of which are also

the said 6(Six) numbers of Bills which I have sent to your Bank comes to Rs.

I would also further like to intimate you that in your said letter, you have also
intimated me tc provide the details of the Proceedings (date wise) attended by rne
on behalf of your Talasangha Branch and also to provide the Copies of the
subnnission made by me to you for your doing the needful. In this context, I would
aiso like to rrrerition here that afier fiiing the said afoi'esaid First Appeals, not oniy
the said First Appeals were admitted but also after hearing the submissions
advanced by me, the said Hon'ble Ccmmission was pleased to condone the delay
in filing the said First Appeals and also stayed the operation of the said impugned
orders until further Orders vide Order dtd. 03"08.2006. The Certified Copy for the
saicl Orcjer dtd"$3.08.2006 passed in the aforesaid ail the 6(Six) First Appeais have
also been communicated to your Talkasangha Branclr, Dist- Kendrapara along with
my Letter dtd.09.08.2006.
So far as the details of the Proceeding is concerned, I would like to intin,ate
you that the aforesaid Appeals have been listed more than 20 times before the
Hon'bie Cornmission durinE the last i5 years but i have oniy mentioneci in my
Letter dtd.12.08.2A2L about the effective dates. Since the Appeals have been filed
on behalf of your Bank, nothing is required to file in the said Aopeals unless and
until the Comrnission will direct for the same. I have already sent the Copy of each
of the Memorandum of Appeals,Misc. Case for Stay and Misc. Case for Condonation
of cielay ete" along with my Letter sent to you as well as to your Talasangha
Branch, Dist Kendrapara on 12.08.2021 and both of you have also received the
same on 16.08,2071. From the above Letter of your ZonaI Office, it is crystal clear
that either the Officer who is dealing with the matter has not properly gone though
my 6 (Six)nos of Letters, Bills and other documents etc. sent by you or he has
taken it vei=y causally. If tlre Bills of a Panel Lawyer of your Bank, who is always
there to protect your tsank will be handled ln this manner, then think about others.
Since I have discharged my duty with utmost sincerity and after hearing my
submissions only, the Hon'ble Commission was pleased to allow all the said 6(Six)
nos of First Appeals in pert, I am entitled to get the said Bill amounts form your
Bank at the earliest.
Therefore you are once again requested to go through the said Letters, Bills
and docurnents etc. and pay the above Bill amounts to rne at the earliest.
This is for your information and necessary action please.
