Activity 2

The picture above is an advertisement for woman and child abuse, as seen in the picture that
the child inherits the said eyes of his mother that may be the effect of physical abuse. The ad can also be
interpreted in a way that the child represents what his mother is struggling to, not just physical but also
mental, the stress, the trauma, and emotion is shown in the right eye being sad. With woman are the
ones giving birth to child and undergoing motherhood, and if the child is seen in public with bruises, a
woman, his mother is what the society will blame without knowing the story.
 This advertisement is from the UN themselves and is promoting the gender equality of both
men and women. The picture shows that women have less to no right to speak about their own rights,
as seen in the picture where sadness is shown by the woman in the picture showing sadness in her
emotion because of the situation, and the media, particularly the internet is against it.
