Management Committee is offering you an exciting opportunity to serve as “Student Counselor
& Compliance Officer” (Job description will be email to as discussed in a separate email) at our
Defence office. You are selected on merit after conduction of your interview, and upon your
education background.

The monthly salary offered to you is PKR 32,000/- (Basic 22,000/, PKR 6000/- HRA and PKR
4000/- TRA) with effective from 01-10-2019 (Joining Date).

Note: Your probation period is of 3 month. Once you successfully complete your
probation period your salary will be revised by PKR 35000/- (Basic 24,000/, PKR 7000/-
HRA and PKR 4000/- TRA).

Performance based revision on compensation will done after 6 Months of your joining
date.
