1. Choose three (3) characteristics of the lean system and explain how they can improve
your proposed business’ production process/service delivery.
Continuous Improvement. We should constantly grow and improve ourself so striving
for continuous improvement will provide better customer service. It can help our team
work more efficiently and remain ahead of the competition.

Use of teams. If we don’t work well together, problems such as poor management,
project delays, and workplace conflict might arise. So knowing the “use of teams”
characteristics will help us in avoiding such issues so that we can provide a smooth
business transaction with the customer.

High Quality. Client’s aren't going to pick purely on the basis of pricing, but rather on the
terms of quality. So our business is offering high quality service for our customer.
Customers will immediately look for alternatives if we fail to meet their expectations so
quality is essential for impressing our clients and preserving their loyalty so they will
avail our services again in the future.

2. Give a benefit and a risk of lean system and explain their possible impacts on your
proposed business by giving an example for each.
Implementing lean system can help our proposed business, which is Digital
marketing services, with the help of increasing quality motivated by customer focus and
the need for high-quality processes, the goals and objectives of our proposed business
which is to help small business to keep their customers committed in their brands will
be successful and lead us to success as well. But the system may also risk the health and
increase stress on workers due to increased responsibility for equipment changeovers,
problem-solving and process and quality improvement.

3. Explain how can integrate the Toyota Approach in your proposed business by citing a
simple production/ service delivering process.
We can integrate Toyota Approach in our proposed business with the
keyword "kaizen" which means Japanese term for continuous improvement. In our
proposed business, digital marketing industry continues to be in-demand since there is
also continues growth on SME's and other business despite of the pandemic and we are
willing to adopt and willing to add updated services in the long run as long as technology
continues to develop and improve.
