My name is Diptashree Mondal, I am a fashion Design Graduate from the National Institute of Fashion

Technology, Shillong and currently pursuing Masters in Fashion Management from the National Institute of
Fashion Technology, Bengaluru. Fashion, textile, garment, crafts, and handlooms have always interested me.
My long-standing interest in the fashion industry, helped me to establish myself, firstly as a fashion designer
and secondly as a digital marketing enthusiast.

As a child I was enrolled in many extracurricular activities like dancing, swimming, drama, and music therefore,
I learned time management and discipline since childhood. This not only helped me to achieve my personal
success but also helped me to achieve many professional goals. My passion for Indian textile along with
discipline helped me to bag the ‘Most Innovative Designer Award’ in under graduation. Also, my dedication and
hard work along with time management helped me to be ‘Star Employee of the Month’ in ShopCJ Networking
Pvt. Ltd.

My curiosity towards technology has helped me to learn different software like HTML, Google Analytics, Google
Adwords, Big Data, SPSS Ms excel, Adobe Photoshop, and canvas. Also, have strong knowledge of in digital
marketing and running a blog to help young bloggers and entrepreneur to achieve their goals. My niche for
ethnic wear gave me the opportunity to work with one of the reputed Indian Designer, SABYASCHI, this
opportunity has strengthened my knowledge in ethnic wear as well as bridal couture.

I posse good communication skills and my creativity has enhanced my presentation skills as well. I am good at
teamwork as, I am sincere, empathetic, and a motivator. I like to be informative and always encourage others.
Moreover, my quest for knowledge has helped me to learn and practice new skills.
