SUBJECT: Report on fund-raising day

Introduction:
The aims of this report are to: give an overview of the day, explain how the
money was raised, name the people who was involved, recommend different activities
for a similar event for next year.
For this report I prepared with a pie chart regarding the percent of money raised
from different sources and the positive feedback received from people who participate.

Overview of the day:

The fundraiser happened during one day,3 rd July, where people could make
donations and at the same time have fun due to the interactive methods of raising
money. The event took place on the street, near the park in the city center where
everyone had free access. All the participants worked hard to make this day a big
success, working behind the caravans so that everyone could have a great time, as it
happened.

The process of raising money:

This fundraising day was a real success due: the street caravans where the
money raised from things that people no longer want such as clothes, toys will be
donated, the mini carnival type games for children, collectors of objects in functional
condition to be donated, other ways;
People were delighted with the exciting ways to raise money, so the fundraiser
collected more money than last year:
 40% from house-to-house collection
 30% from street collection
 20% from jumble sale
 10% other

The team:
The majority of people who were involved in this project were students from
the university out of 50 people who participate. All of them did a great job.

Recommendations:
 I think that in order to keep people entertained and to arouse their interest
even more, we have to come up with new ideas and to fix some small problems. So, for
the next year I propose:
 Greater variety of activities such as street parties
 Providing collectors with special badges to insure people that we are genuine.
