Conception dan bane ssi pour contdler la conormité des amortissurs des vbicules automobiles de Stans Résumé Dans le cadre du développement de l'industrie automobile Marocaine, Le CETIEV nous a confié & développer un banc d’essai du controle de la qualité des amortisseurs automobiles du ‘groupe Stellantis (EX-PSA). Afin de bien mener les s de ce projet, une étude comparative a été réalisé tout en se référant des normes européennes sur les méthodes d’essais. des amortsseuts, les exigences techniques relative aux bancs d’essais des amortisseurs et la norme de Stellantis relative aux amortisseurs. En vue de satisfaire les exigences de ces normes, une étude approfondie a été effectué sur les machines d’essais existantes dans le marché des industries automotives et les eomposantes nécessaires aux fonctionnements de ces demiéres. Par la suite pour bien choisir la meilleure solution, une étude techno-économique a (4é réalisé _ cen se basant sur les devis de divers fournisseurs. A la limite de ces résultats une conception fiable a été adapté tout_en respectant le cahiet de charge fonctionnel communiqué par STELLANTIS. En plus de cette conception un dossier technique a été élaboré en définissant les spécifications des pices a fabriquer et lancer des commandes d’acquisition des piéces standards. Abstract Within the framework of the development of the Moroccan automobile industry, CETIEV entrusted us to develop a test bench of the quality control of the automobile shock absorbers of the Stellantis group (EX-PSA).In order to carry out the missions ofthis project, a comparative study was carried out while referring to European standards on the test methods of shock absorbers, the technical requirements relating to the test benches of shock absorbers and the standard of Stellantis relating to shock absorbers. In order to meet the requirements of these standards, a thorough study was carried out on the existing testing machines in the automotive industry market and the necessary components for their operation. Then, in order to choose the best solution, a techno-economic study was carried out based on quotes from various suppliers. Based on these results, a reliable design was adapted while respecting the functional specifications communicated by STELLANTIS. In addition to this design a technical file was elaborated by defining the specifications of the parts to be manufactured and launching orders for the acquisition of standard parts.
