Learning Activity 3.3: After doing all the other aerobic activities, site some importance of aerobics in
your life as a student. What is the help of it this Pandemic disease which is known as Corona Virus
Disease or COVID?

Physical fitness is very important to everybody. Being young and being active will help to have a

good youth. The importance of aerobic exercise during this pandemic as a student is it keeps my heart

active which reduces the health risk of developing chronic diseases. During this pandemic, aerobics

exercising is important to strengthen our mind and body. Since everyone struggles a lot during this

isolated time, being physically fit will not only benefit our body but also our mental health. This exercise

is very convenient to do in the comfort of our home because it requires little to no equipment to

perform. Sometimes, I tend to eat sweets as a snack while doing school works and aerobics is there for

me to help better my blood sugar level. Aerobics exercising is essential to feel stress-free because it

actually makes me feel good after doing it because it helps me release endorphins which are also known

as happy hormones and as a student, the school can be so stressful and aerobics will be there to make

me feel better about myself. At this age, it is important to incorporate aerobics exercise into my lifestyle

because the outcome and the benefits of doing exercise will last a lifetime and it is important to start

being physically well at a younger age.
