PEMBAHASAN :

1. Kelas A (always), adalah barang yang memiliki investasi sekitar 75-80% dari nilai
investasi total atau berada di urutan teratas pada daftar yang mengontrol mayoritas
total pengeluaran tahunan.
2. Kelas B (better) adalah barang yang memiliki investasi sekitar 10-15% dari nilai
investasi total atau item yang mengontrol pengeluaran tahunan yang cukup tinggi.
3. Kelas C (control) adalah barang yang memiliki nilai investasi sekitar 5-10% dari nilai
investasi total. Dapat dikatakan kelompok obat C menyerap dana yang rendah dengan
jumlah obat lebih banyak, namun tidak berdampak pada aktifitas gudang dan
keuangan karena harganya murah dan pemakaiannya lebih sedikit.
