We would like to inform you that the MID-QUARTER REPORT for the Second Quarter will be released
on December 10, 2021, to inform you of your child’s academic performance and deportment.
Specifically, this report will focus only on those students who are encountering difficulties so that
appropriate support will be accorded to them before the end of the quarter where failures are
determined.

We enjoin you to check your child’s progress through the cloud campus learning management system.
However, please note that other forms of assessments (written works, summative assessments,
periodical examination, and performance tasks) which may augment your child’s/ward’s grade will be
given in the weeks ahead; thus, your usual support, help, and encouragement are very much
appreciated.
