AROPOL™ IN 5334 Isophthalic Resin

Description AROPOL IN 5334 is a medium viscosity and medium reactive isophthalic unsaturated polyester
resin with good corrosion and mechanical properties also having good temperature resistance.

Pre-accelerated, adjusted gel times, thixotropic and UV versions can be made available if required.

Application & Uses AROPOL IN 5334 is recommended for HLU, Filament winding Processes and for the production of
high quality laminates, and other composites parts for corrosive environment where good corrosive
properties are needed.

AROPOL IN 5334 is used in manufacturing of variety of components and parts like silos, protective
plates & screens, water equipments, pipes and chemical equipment and marine industry.

Storage This resin contains ingredients which could be harmful if mishandled. Contact with skin and eyes
should be avoided and necessary protective equipment and clothing should be worn.
Drums – It is highly recommended that all material is stored at stable temperatures below 25°C
(77°F). Storage life decreases with increasing storage temperature. Avoid exposure to heat sources
such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. To avoid contamination with water, do not store drums
outdoors. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture pick up and monomer loss. Mild mixing is
recommended after prolonged storage. Rotate drum stock.
