Naming the conditons and also all of the values each condition can assume

Naming all the actions that are possible that are possible to occur for the set of conditions we have

Listing all the possible rules in which we multiply the number of values of each condition by every
other condition values

Defining the actions for each rule

Simplifying the decision table by removing rules that have impossible actions.
