Students are required to DESCRIBE How a financial decision is made.

Section B: 55 marks

Students are required to EXPLAIN What FINANCIAL PRINCIPLES are applied in financial decision
making.

Section C: 15 marks

Students are required to GIVE comments about already made financial decision.

Topic 7 – Capital: Raising and Cost (chapter 15&14): Value maximization, Return and Risk
Trade-off, Tax Consideration, Competitiveness
