Vision: SpareDukaan will transform India's spare parts industry by making it more
transparent and dynamic for all the stakeholders be it brands, customers and suppliers.
Mission: My mission is to provide original spare parts to customers at best price with the
ease of just clicking on what they want.
Value Proposition
Customers will get an opportunity to buy vehicle parts online, which are branded and
original. Digitized platform will provide customers to easily compare and shop for auto parts
with the ability to offer products from different brands. We will be using VIN (Vehicle
Identification Number) so as to match the spare parts with vehicle. Easy refund and returns
will be allowed. Moreover to embrace transparency we will be integrating with different
digital payment mode.
All the people who own their vehicle be it two wheeler, car, truck and buses looking out for
spare parts. Moreover commercial vehicle business can also tie up with us so as to cater their
needs.

In the car spare parts market, which is worth $4 billion in India, SpareDukaan will try to
make revenue based on margin from vendor sales. The platform’s business matrix will be on
the number of orders received, conversion rate and share of cancelled or returned orders.
Moreover with the help of quality service we will try to retain older customers.
