DTI REGISTRATION (Sole Proprietor)
SEC REGISTRATION (Partnership)
ARTICLES OF PARTNERSHIP (Partnership)
VALID OFFICIAL RECEIPT FROM BIR
ID Pictures with White Background, Business Attire or with Collar:
2 pcs. 2 X 2 ID PICTURES (201 File)
2 pcs. 1 X 1 ID PICTURES (ID Card)

- FOR INSTITUTIONAL BROKERS (Corporations)

2. Get the following forms:

BROKER APPLICATION FORM
LIST OF ACCREDITED REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON
ACCREDITATION AGREEMENT
BROKERS ACCREDITATION GENERAL POLICIES

3. Properly Fill out and Sign all documents and submit to

smdcpropertyinvestments@gmail.com, perenaraeniel60@gmail.com
together with a photocopy of all the accreditation requirements stated in number #1 above.

4. Attend the SMDC Project Knowledge Seminar (Optional)

- please contact our Broker Network Coordinator for a schedule and to get a slot.
