At requested of principal, the appointed xxxxxxxx surveyor was carried out a Bunker Survey on
board The vessel in purpose of determining the quantity of bunker remained on board. At the time
of inspection, Bunker tanks were carefully sounded with the presence of Chief Engineer found and
agreed The following quantities:

Fuel Oil: 175.500 MT

Diesel Oil: 33.800 MT

The figures were calculated using the calibrated table provided by the vessel and we, the
undersigned

agreed on the above time & figures.
