Mutual Agreement Form for Thesis Advising Work

We agree to engage in adviser-advisee relationship in consonance to a thesis that will be written from
March 19, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

We agree that the paper be presented in a public forum by the Advisee if available at such opportunity or
by the Adviser if the Advisee is no longer around. Only the name of the oral presenter shall be submitted to the
conference organizer.

We agree to follow stringent quality assurance measures such as professional editing, plagiarism, grammar
and readability tests, reference checking, and intercontinental literature sources. Statistical software processing if
applicable, among others.

We agree to use various forms of contact such as personal face to face, personal online through skype and
facetime, viber and mobile, email, and social media network such as Facebook, Linked in, among others.

We agree to dress formally and prepare adequately for the formal oral presentation both in oral defense
panel and public presentation.

We agree to open, honest, and frank with each other to expedite the work.

We agree to inform each other of developments such as submission to the Dean must bear the signature of
the adviser as endorsement, and whoever is going to present the paper in a public forum, and submission of the
paper to a particular journal.

We agree that financial benefits arising from the study such as grants and awards shall go to the advisee
while benefits from publication shall go to the rank and promotion of the adviser.
