In order to strengthen my ability, I need to improve from interpersonal, task management

and self-management. In the interpersonal aspect, I need to improve my management ability and

the leadership ability to the public, which is very important to improve my overall ability. At the

same time, I need to learn to coordinate the relationship between different people, understand

and respect differences, so as to improve my tolerance of differences. Future societies will be

diverse and diverse, and respecting differences will no doubt go a long way.

In task management, I need to learn how to set priorities, how to prioritize tasks, and how

to allocate time and tasks appropriately. At the same time, I need to improve my creative

thinking and creative ability, through exercise to get some quick thinking ability, improve my

quick thinking ability. By improving the above ability to improve my problem-solving ability.

All learning is in order to gain enough problem-solving ability, which is the ultimate goal of all

learning. So in order to improve this ability, I need to constantly strengthen the above aspects, in

order to improve the ability to solve the problem

In the self-management aspect, I must look positively the question, enhances the self-

confidence. Recognize my true needs, look at problems from a positive perspective, and solve

problems with a positive attitude. Keep calm in all kinds of situations, in order to seek a higher

level of self-management, in the process of competition for jobs to improve their

competitiveness, access to more opportunities.
