I often feel nervous and anxious when facing large-scale academic examinations

and talent shows when speaking. Generally speaking, I feel nervous and anxious when

facing many people and need to show my abilities.

When I am nervous and anxious, I often feel breathless and feverish in my head,

and sometimes even get fever due to this. At the same time, when I am extremely

nervous, my voice will tremble and it is difficult to clearly express what I want to

express.

These situations and conditions are not so easy to overcome, so I often feel

distressed and embarrassed. But I still think I have a lot to do, I can do these to

improve my discomfort when I am nervous. First, I try to take a deep breath to calm

myself down, which usually does something. At the same time, I will distract part of

my attention and weaken the degree of pressure on my spirit. For example, I will

listen to some light music before the lecture or focus on the lectures of the classmates

who are speaking in front of me and learn some experience. At the same time, I will

use more training to reach a proficiency level. When I can proficiently say the

sentences I want to express and the talents I will perform, I will relax a little. There is

a Chinese saying that practice makes perfect. Being comfortable and confident about

one thing can also relieve my tension. So I use these to ease my tension, and at the

same time I think these are very useful.
