The Superiority of Chick Fil A

The fast food industry is one of the biggest sources of income in the United States with

hundreds of different restaurants being available all over the country. Among all the different

restaurants available to Americans, Chick Fil A has emerged as one of the premier fast food

chains. There are multiple different reasons to arrive at this conclusion for the nation’s best fast

food restaurant. When one compares the positive aspects of the chain, like food quality,

customer service, etc. compared to some of the nation’s other top leaders such as McDonald’s,

Wendy’s, Burger King, Jack in the Box, and more, the superiority of Chick Fil A becomes

apparent in multiple ways. Chick Fil A is the best fast food chain available, not only due to the

quality of the food or their signature sauce, but because they are widely known for having the

best customer service out of all restaurants, whether it be in fast food or not.

Chick Fil A is one of America’s largest fast food chains. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, it

has over 2,700 locations scattered across the country reaching 47 states. Chick Fil A is most

known for their chicken sandwiches and also their signature ‘Chick Fil A sauce’. The chain’s

founder, Truett Cathy, was a devout Southern Baptist. His beliefs heavily influence how the

restaurants are run and every Chick Fil A location is closed on Sunday. Despite it’s religiously

influenced Sunday closure, many people still look forward to eating the food even though it is

only available six days a week. This is another example that goes to show how excellent the

restaurant is. People always want to eat at Chick Fil A and it is still very successful,

despite only having six days out of the week where it is opened. Another reason Chick Fil A is

the best fast food chain on the market is because of the high quality of their food. They use a

patented hydraulic system that applies the exact amount of pressure to make the chicken obtain

the perfect tenderness while also cooking quickly. The machine creates real grill marks on the

chicken breasts and gives customers a delicious, and also healthier, option of fast food. Chick

Fil A also uses soft, buttered buns for their chicken sandwiches which helps bring out the flavor

in the chicken. They serve waffle fries, cooked to perfection with a crunch on the outside and a

soft warm inside, sprinkled with salt to create the best waffle fries on the market. These

examples of how they take care in making their food provide information that shows how the

quality of the food served at Chick Fil A is able to compete with some of the biggest fast food

chains in the country, because the first step to being considered the best is having the best food.

Another reason Chick Fil A is one of the nation’s top fast food locations is their

signature Chick Fil A sauce. This is the best sauce one can buy. Once somebody has tasted the

sauce, it is hard to argue against it as the best in all of fast food. It is tangy, but also sweet. It

contains sugar and also vinegar with some lemon juice. The combination of all the ingredients

creates an abundance of flavor that is not comparable to simple barbecue sauce or ketchup.

Having the best food makes Chick Fil A hard to beat. But when they also have the best sauce

that is a signature to their name it creates a combination that cannot be beat by any other chain.

For a while, the sauce was only available for purchase at the restaurant locations themselves and

one would just get some with their orders. However, Chick Fil A sauce can now be found at

multiple different retail and grocery stores which now allows them to make even more off the

sauce because it is something that is in such high demand due to its unique and delicious flavor.

The third reason that Chick Fil A is the best of the best is none other than their famous

customer service, which is by far the best in the industry. The chain invests more than any other

restaurant in training their employees and preparing them to move up in their careers, even if it

is not with them or even in fast food. Anybody that has ever eaten at a Chick Fil A knows of the

signature “my pleasure” that the employees say after giving you their service. This provides

customers with a sense of comfort, which assures people that Chick Fil A is a great spot to eat.

When a fast food chain as elite as Chick Fil A adds great customer service to its resume, it

makes it impossible to compete with. Other places like McDonald’s or Wendy’s cannot compare

to the great customer service Chick Fil A has. In fact, most other fast food chains are notorious

for having poor customer service and workers who do not care since they are making minimum

wage (or maybe more) standing at the drive thru windows. Chick Fil A can easily separate

themselves by having mediocre customer service. However, when their customer service is even

better, it is like no other.

Chick Fil A has many different reasons to be considered the best fast food chain in the

United States. When one takes the time to compare it to all the other brands they can really see

how much better it is. Whether one looks at the quality of food, extras like signature sauces and

outstanding waffle fries, or the best customer service in the fast food industry they will see why

Chick Fil A is so highly regarded. There are always a lot of people at any Chick Fil A, which

goes to show how great it really is. It is simply the best fast food chain available due to the

quality of the food, their signature sauce, and also because they are widely known for having

the best customer service in the entirety of the food industry.
