Further, the request of allotee for grant of extension in time period for competing construction shall be considered under HSVP extension policy no 39 40, aL 42, 43461-62 dated 06.03.2019 (as amended trom time to time) RESUMPTION In the event of breach of any condition of bid or allotment letter or HSVP RegulationsRulesiplicies, the competent Authority of HSVP may resume the property in accordance with the provisions of Section 17 of the HSVP Act, 197 and the mney deposited shall be refunded back after forfeiting 2036 of total cost of property, Interest ané other dues payable up to the dete of resumption. However, no interest shall be paid on such amount to be refunded.
