Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam as our representative in supplying types of TOP
WINNER’s CNC Lathe machine model: TNC - 20A for Viet Nam Market.

Our quotation shall issue to TRUONG THANH CO.,LTD only and has all
rights to disscuss technical and commercial conditions and against
the Invitation of Bids on behalf of TOP WINNER Company.

This letter of authorization is affective from the signing date

and shall be valid for a year.
