just stops working.
I got my iPhone XS Max serial nr 357286092926538 two years ago, in your official representative store in
Israel. Attached the receipt below.
Let me tell you some details. On 10 November 2020, my touch screen stops working after a phone call. I
restarted a few time my phone and still, the touch screen wasn't working.
On 15 Nov 2020, I contacted the official diagnostic center, which is also apple representative, and dropped off
for service.
After two weeks they called me back and said that they are not able to fix my phone, instead, I could purchase
a new phone. Really? Is that easy to toss my two y.o phone and got a new one?!
Even they are officially representing, they are not giving me any answer about what’s the problem and why my
iPhone stopped working? No papers, nothing. Instead, they said: contact iPhone USA and resolve with them
your problem.
My friend from the USA contacting today Apple Support USA to find a way to help me. Apple representative
said that I have to approve her first name and last name as my representative and I have to give her permission
to contact you and talk with you from my name.

I don’t have a chance to contact to the USA, because is too expensive.

This situation makes me so sad and upset because now I left without the phone, and my phone is totally
Is totally related to my work! My iPhone is only two years old and I taking care very well of my phone and I
am not expecting to buy a new one. They are not costing $20 and this is so frustrating how the Apple
representants are treating the customer in Israel and they doesn't care at all. They even didn't try to contact you
for help.
I really hope that Apple company in the USA will help me!
