We, the BSIT students from the University of Mindanao, are currently conducting research on the area of
Management System. Our study is to ease the work of the teachers who conducted the enrollment process.
This will not change the way of enrollment, but it will just improve the process and transactions. This
academic endeavor forms part of the requirements in the attainment of the baccalaureate degree of
Professional Track for IT 4 Computing from the university.

With this challenge at hand, we would like to request approval from your respective office that we may be
allowed to conduct data gathering activities such as interviews and surveys in order to make this research
endeavor possible. This project requires us to produce a technical output in the form of an Enrollment
Management System in our chosen research area and your school is poised to be a recipient of this
technical output.
