वर्कशीट बनाने र्ी प्रक्रिया

कृपया परू ी वककशीट एक ही फॉन्ट में बनाएँ |

Option 1: Using Google Input (for Phonetic typing)

 अध्यापिर्ाएँ चाहे तो वे GOOGLE INPUT र्ा भी प्रयोग र्र सर्ती हैं | Google Input र्े द्वारा टाइि
र्रने िर MS Word “मंगल फॉन्ट” र्ा प्रयोग र्रता है | Google Input tools र्े डाउनलोड और इनस्टॉल र्रने
र्ी पवधि नीचे ललखी है |

1. Goto Website: http://www.google.co.in/inputtools/windows/

2. Choose Language Hindi

3. Select the checkbox [√] I Agree to the Good Terms & press Download
4. Click “Save” to save the installation file in your computer.

5. Double-Click on the saved file “InputToolsSetup.exe”

6. Click “Run” in following dialog box If required (depends on your computer settings)

7. Wait for it to finish installing 8. Click Close button once complete

9. Click on the “EN” in the Taskbar at the bottom right corner of your Desktop

10. Click on Hindi (India)

11. A small bar will appear on the bottom right of the screen (sometimes it can appear on other portion of the
screen… look for it)

12. You should be able to type in Hindi (Google Input uses the default Mangal font)

13. To revert to English, press “EN” on the Taskbar again

Option 2: Using Hindi Society Font
 आिर्े र्ंप्यट
ू र में हहंदी सोसाइटी फॉन्ट र्ा होना ज़रुरी है | जिन नई अध्यापिर्ाओं र्े िास यह फॉन्ट नहीं
हैं, उनर्े ललए हम इस मेल में संलग्न र्र रहे हैं
 SEE THE ATTACHMENT IN THE EMAIL (Hindi_Society_Singapore_font.ttf) |
 फॉन्ट इनस्टॉल र्रने र्ी पवधि नीचे ललखी है |
Process to install “Hindi_Society_Singapore font”
1) Save the font file at some location in your computer
2) “Right click” the mouse button on the font file in the saved location as shown below.


3) Click “Install” from the context menu as shown below


4) Wait till installation finishes.


5) The font should be installed and you can select this font in Word like any other font.
 NOTE: अगर उपरोक्त दोनों Options में से कोई भी इनस्टॉल नहीीं कर पा रहे हैं, तो आप हहन्दी सोसाइटी
ऑफफस आकर अपनी वककशीट टाइप कर सकते है , परन्तु आने से पहले फ़ोन या ईमेल पर आने का समय
ननश्चित कर लें |
