CONCLUSION

The reporters (Mohammad Rayan Balt and Mark Anthony Custodio) discussed concisely
about the Model of Consumer Behavior which Marketers are aware of their customers'
expectations. It aids in comprehending what motivates a customer to purchase a product.
Marketers can learn about their customers' likes and dislikes and tailor their marketing strategies
accordingly.

Consumer Behavior Models has two different models which are Traditional and
Contemporary Model, in Traditional Model This model focuses on the “act of purchase” of
“Average consumer” and describe what a buyer would buy and “In what quantity”. Traditional
model has Economic Model, Learning Model, Psychoanalytical Model and Sociological Model.
