Culture is one of the most important factors that play a cruccial role in
the overall success of the organization. Culture is defined as the shared
beleifs and values established by leaders and them communicated
through out the organization for uniformity in practices. The key to
successful organization is to establish a culture based on widely shared
beliefs which are complemneted by culture and strategy. When there is
a string culture, there are various positive outcomes. For instance
employees would know that how the top management wants them to
respond in any particular sitiation, employees would also say ye the
ecpected response is the right one, they would also be aware of the fact
that they would be rewarded accordingly for adhering tot he companys
principle and core values.
