Well giving a farewell is always a difficult thing to do & it becomes more difficult when a person like

Kumar is leaving for good with whom we have worked for so long.

As far as Mr. Kumar is concerned, to me he was not just a colleague but I must say he was like a big
brother to me. Other than official things, I also discuss and take his opinion on many other things. So I
must say, I will be missing you a lot. It’s been a privilege working with you .

We all are going to miss you. But at the same time, lets remind ourselves that our miss is someone’s
gain. And in his case, glad it is his parents who are going to gain him and they must be very happy.
Really appreciate that he has taken big decision for the sake of his parents, which we seldom see in
today’s world. . So, he is leaving all of us with a very strong message, i.e. “take care of parents during
their old age” . And I must say that his parents and in laws are blessed to have a person like him.

None of us going to remain here forever. & I am happy that you could take a call, little early for a good
cause. I Wish you the best in your next phase of your life!. Now it’s time to do things which you really
wanted to do & I am sure you will enjoy it. Because you are used to the 2 day weekend, now you will be
extending your weekend by another 5 days , so that long time.

Now that you are settling at Coimbatore, very close to my place. I will definitely meet you during my trip
to bangalore. Hope to meet you soon

Once again wishing you & your family the very best for the future & may god bless you & your family!
