MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology as one of its industry partners offering this kind of training

As a hospitality management student, I have learned to value the importance of delivering
seamless service and how essential it is in providing an outstanding hospitality experience. During
my experience working at the MSU-IIT Hostel and Dormitory has helped develop my skills in Front
Desk and Housekeeping Operations. The series of Restaurant Operation simulations during our
classes have also helped me develop my skills in Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Services.
Through these experiences, I have learned how to work more efficiently in a team, follow work
protocols, apply hospitality principles in real-life situations and create different approaches in
delivering customer satisfaction.

As an Iliganon and a local tourism advocate, Iligan City Tourism Office would be the best
institution that would help me in my future career within the tourism and hospitality industry by
being able to promote the local tourism and culture of Iligan City. I aspire to be a trained and multi-
talented worker capable of working in various areas of the hospitality industry within the future.
Being a trainee under your supervision will provide me with extensive exposure to my skills, which
will improve my knowledge and skills within the hospitality industry.
