Muntinlupa City do to hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT  APRIL JOSE J. HABLA
AND/OR CATHERINE HABLA-RASING, also of legal age, and a resident of San Pedro,
Laguna to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, and
for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things,
namely:
