IN THE INTEREST OF:
NOs. JVJV006799, JVJV006800
KYRIN BREWER-D.O.B. 12/19/13,
KORBIN BREWER-D.O.B. 11/22/05,
CHILDREN.
MOTION FOR DISMISSAL
Respondent to the above named case petition, father of said children, and self-represented
counsel to himself, Blake A. Brewer, motions that the case(s) be immediately dismissed following these
evident facts:
1. The children, the mother, and father are not residents of Muscatine County.
2, The court has made orders outside of it's jurisdictional rights.
3. Critical supporting evidence on behalf of respondent(s) was unable to be presented in
court due too faults and flaws existing in the electronic filing system and the
overseers ofits operation. It is unknown to the respondent(s) as to why these
documents were never acknowledged and filed.
4.The EDMS filing system is an unfair upper-hand to the state's (petitioner) ease of
access and knowledge to and of it, and a hindrance to that of the respondent(s) as for
critical documents were redacted or not even acknowledged when they should have
been filed. The amount of time a document is reviewed or if and when itis accepted
is not up to the respondent, those aspects lie within the state's responsibility, and those
responsibilities were not fulfilled to meet fairness and impartiality.
ven these stated facts, and presuming this document is acknowledged and filed (paper
copy en route via USPS) the court has no other option other than to dismiss the above stated cases. The
United States Supreme Court has also been mailed and notified a copy of this motion,
Dated this 9" day of July, 2021 kK.
