THE FACTS IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE OFFENSES

We would like to inform you that the Inter-municipal Inspectorate and

K Police of the Municipality of Piran and the Municipality of Ankaran
have authorized a misdemeanor pursuant to Article 50 of the
Misdemeanors Act

(Official Gazette RS, No. 29/2011, ZP-1-UPB8) for a misdemeanor under article 5, paragraph
5, of the Decree on Road Traffic Management in the Municipality of Piran (Official Gazette
I Official Gazette No. 72/2013) in relation to article 12, paragraph 2, of the same regulation
that you did on 08/28/2019 at 6:23 pm at the PARKIR.STRUNJAN / PARCH.STRUGNANO,

H Municipality of Piran, parked an ALFA ROMEO 147 / 1.9 / JTD vehicle with reg. number LJXXX on the public parking area, where the traffic
sign states that the parking fee is paid with a valid parking ticket, which was not visible in the vehicle at the time of inspection.

Article 3 of the Decree on Road Traffic Management in the Municipality of Piran (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia,
