• Rapper NO:EL meets with car accident; arrested for driving
without license and assaulting cop
Rapper NO:EL has reportedly been arrested and booked after his road
accident.
According to reports on Korean news portals, police authorities on
Sunday slapped him with charges of driving without a license, non-
compliance with breathalyzer tests, and obstruction of the execution of
official duties under the Road Traffic Act.
It has been reported that the rapper met with a car accident at 10:30 PM
on September 18. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.
However, he was taken into custody after he refused to comply with the
cops and take a breathalyzer test and show his
identification. NO:EL reportedly even got into an altercation with the
cops and hit a policeman on his head. He was later released after a brief
investigation.
Earlier this February, the rapper got caught up in a legal soup after
assaulting people in Busan.
Back in 2019, NO:EL was indicted in Mapo-gu, Seoul on charges of
drunk driving and changing drivers even after a car accident. He was
sentenced to one and a half years in prison, and two years probation.

K-pop sensation BTS attended the United Nations General
Assembly on Monday, as they embarked on their new roles
as South Korea's presidential special envoys by President
Moon Jae.
The trailblazing septet that reached global superstardom,
with their smash hit singles like 'Dynamite' and 'Butter',
addressed the United Nations and delivered powerful
speeches of hope for a brighter future.
Taking to the podium, the band comprising of RM, Jin, J-
Hope, Jimin, JungKook, SUGA and V, shared their stories
of optimism for the future while also reflecting on moments
of grief and loss felt around the world during the COVID-
19 pandemic.
According to reports and videos on the UN's official
handles, RM said, “We are here today to share the stories of
the future generation. Before we came here, we asked
young people in their teens and 20s around the world about
the past two years and about the world they’re living in
today.”
