Nasugbu Batangas and deposit to said account.

2) DEFAULT PAYMENT:  In case of default by the Renter in the payment of the rent, such as
when the checks are dishonored or Late Rental Fee such in given time, the owner at its
option may terminate this contract and eject the Renter. The owner has the right to padlock
the premises when the renter is in default of payment for One (1) month and may forfeit
whatever rental deposit or advances have been given by the renter

            This Special Power of Attorney shall not be repudiated except by express writing from
the principal.

            HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto our said attorney-in- facts full powers
and authority to do and perform all and every act necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if
personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said Attorney or
his/their substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
