B. _ KoFHA/A/PF-156/2020/4065 Dated 10-09-2020, The case of subject Officer was submitted vide references above and awaiting decision. It is requested that since BoD of KoFHA has been established after a lapse of almost 5 years, therefore, it is deemed necessary to retain Mr. Asad Mahmood Usmani GM(F&IA) for smooth conduct of Board’s proceeding, as he is maintaining all financial and audit records for the last 3 years. Any change at this point in time may cause difficulties in ratifying the old financial transactions and confirmation of audit paras of last 5 years. It may please be noted that the individual was also granted special permission by the Board to attend its 48" meeting held on 22" Sep 20. 2. Mr, Asad Mahmood Usmani, has rendered impeccable service for the last three years for the Authority and even with the Top Management posts vacant, this Authority kept moving forward towatds financial stability during last three years. Indeed, the incumbent officer has played a pivotal role in keeping the affairs of KoFHA smooth. The term of said officer has completed on 17 Sep 20; however, to conduct forthcoming meetings of KoFHA BoD, availability of officer is considered essential, therefore, the officer has not been repatriated. 3. __ In view of above and considering best interest of the KoFHA and the MoMA, case for retaining of Mr. Asad Mahmood Usmani may kindly be taken up with concerned quarters.
