There are several opinions about the type of school for children to attend for a good

education. Some people think that they should study in separate schools, I still believe
that mixed schools bring more advantages for both boys and girls. Firstly , children in
the same classroom create competition between the genders

On the one hand, both boys and girls can gain some benefits when they attending
separate schools for various reasons. Firstly, this kind of school will provide a unique
curriculum that suits the different sexual characteristics. For instance, girls can enroll
some courses that related to art such as dancing, drawing or playing musical
instruments which sometimes seem bored to boys. In contrast, in a boy school, boys
are taught some strong activities including sports, karate, taekwondo. Secondly,
separate school attendance is one of the best ways to avoid sexual abuse which is in
alarm in some countries. Girls should be protected from sexual harassment in school
environment for a safe and healthy development.

On the other hand, I suppose that studying in a mixed school is much more beneficial
for children. The first reason is that it creates a balance environment for sexual
development. Both boys and girls have their own strengths and weaknesses, a mixed
school is the place for them to realize their drawback from the other gender then
improve and complete themselves. Furthermore, the world is now reaching the
equality, everyone have equal opportunities no matter which gender they are. For
example, girls have right to learn and play sports as boys, and vice versa, boys can
learn to dance or sing if they want. A mixed school creates a favorable environment
for both boys’ and girls’ entire growth. That’s reason why nowadays, this kind of
school is applied in most of countries worldwide.
